PRE & POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Hydration: You need to be extra hydrated for your appointment in order for your lymphatic system to properly flush out the fat & toxins. To make sure you are extra hydrated, you will need to drink at least a gallon of water a day.  Start hydrating 24 hours prior to your appointment. Drink a gallon of water the day of your appointment

  • Detox - You can do a detox 48 hours prior to your appointment to detox and flush your digestive system. This will help to reset your body and help your lymphatic system flow better. 

  • Recommended:

  • Eat light the day of your appointment: Veggies, fruits, soups, things that are easily digestible. 

  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption at least 24 hour prior to your appointment. We want to make sire your body is extra hydrated and working optimally. 

WHAT TO HAVE READY THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

-What to wear:

Stomach, sides, back, arm or thigh sculpting: It is recommended to bring a swimsuit or tight fitted shorts and a sports bra to change into for your session. 

Butt/Hips - Thong is preferred as we will need full exposure of your buttocks to preform this service. 

Luxxe Sculpt Ice - Old sports bra/Panties or an old swim suit to change into for the service. Sculpt Ice gets messy. 

**I do have disposable bra and panties to change into if needed

What else is needed: 

-A bottle of water to drink immediately after your treatment.
-A waist trainer if you have one (recommended but not required). This will help with your shape.

IMPORTANT:

IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR STOMACH WORKED ON AND ARE ON YOUR PERIOD THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU RESCHEDULE. THE MACHINE USED FOR FAT REDUCTION MAY CAUSE A TEMPORARY INCREASE IN CRAMPING AND BLEEDING. 

AFTERCARE

Schedule your next appointment!

4 to 8 sessions are recommended per area. (spaced at least 72 hours)

Once a week appointments are ideal for most candidates. 

Package deals are available for most services. 

Hydrate!

Drink plenty of water!  This is key to getting results. It’s recommended to drink a gallon of water the day before treatment, day of your treatment, and for at least 72 hours following your treatment. This is the most crucial step in this process, a major consumption of water to aid in flushing. Your body will continue to flush out fat and toxins for up to 2 weeks. so if you can continue to stay hydrated, please do so! You will find that the results you want to see will appear sooner by just adhering to THIS step!

 

A reduction in your sugar intake will also increase the water-flushing phase. You should always carry a water bottle with you to the treatment and whenever you can.

 

Exercise is not required, but definitely recommended. Sweating is a fast way to aid in flushing, especially right after a treatment. Maintain healthy eating habits and taking vitamins will only help your results!

Recommended: 

BODY CONTOURING IS NOT RECOMMEND FOR:

-Anyone under the age of 18

-Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding

-If you are on your period and are having cavitation done. (it can be done, but intense cramping d bleeding may occur for several days after treatment).

-Cannot have any open wounds on the area(s) being treated

-Post-surgical

-If you have any sick symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule.

 

At your appointment, we will review your health history. If you have any major health issues, it may be recommended that you consult with your doctor prior to receiving treatment.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT

You will start to notice, at first, your clothes may start to fit better, the results are gradual but noticeable. Your measurements will be taken before each treatment. As well as before and after photos so we can track your results.

 

The treatment’s high temperatures can cause the fat cells to die. The body’s lymphatic system gets rid of the dead fat cells within the period of approximately 2 weeks after the procedure. The results are permanent, based on you maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

RISK/SIDE EFFECTS

Mild, short-term redness, swelling, and pain (soreness). Some slight bruising may occur, but will fade after a few days.

SUMMARY

Drink plenty of water, increase fiber in the diet and physical activity. The rate that which your body re-contours is essentially up to YOU! We will help break down the fat but it’s up to YOU to FLUSH and EXPEL!!! Now you are ready to start, relax and enjoy some water and get ready for your transformation!
