A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required for all new clients and will be charged to your credit card during the booking process, to reserve your appointment time. The remaining balance of your service will be due at the time of your appointment, Package deals will require full payment at the time of booking in order to receive the special pricing. Package deals expire after 8 weeks, (16 weeks for the 8 Package deal). 


All services are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment with a 24-hour advanced notice. We are unable to reschedule free sessions. 

Due to limited availability, after the third reschedule, you will be put on a cancellation list for your next appointment. You will be notified the day before or day of if any appointment spot opens up. 

**Weekend appointments will be special request dates. You will be required to pay in full for your scheduled appointment. You will receive an electronic invoice to pay for your service. Payments not made within 24 hours of invoice being sent will result in a cancellation of that appointment. Cancellation and no show policies apply. 

Only 1 discount may be applied to any full priced service or package deal. Discounts cannot be combined. All Sale prices will void any New Client or Referral discounts. Only one New Client discount pay be applied per client. There is no limit on the amount of referral discounts you can receive. Luxxe Beauty discounts cannot be combined with Groupon or any other 3rd party discount services. However, Luxxe Beauty will price match Groupon pricing, just ask. 


Your appointments are very important to Luxxe Beauty, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. And clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a  Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book another appointment. That deposit amount will be deducted from your service total that next appointment. If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled again, you will lose that deposit and will be required to make another $50 deposit to schedule another appointment.

- “NO SHOWS” will be BLOCKED from future booking. 

-"NO SHOWS" for packages sessions will result in a loss of that session. 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled. This allows us to better serve everyone. Luxxe Beauty values your understanding.

Failure to abide by these policies may result in us canceling you as a client with or without notice.

We collect data when you us the site or  interact with us through Luxxe Beauty’s social media accounts, by email, by phone, and purchase Luxxe Beauty products from the site. By using the site, registering a Luxxe Beauty Account, interacting with is on social media and purchasing products from us, you are consenting to the terms of this privacy policy. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and will process your personal data fairly. lawfully, and transparently. This privacy notice describes the person data we are collecting about you and how it is used.

Terms of Service

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return and shipping policy. 

  2. Any incorrect address can be edited

  3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.

  4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct quantity.

  5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.

  6. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

  7. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.

  8. I understand that Luxxe Beauty is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 

  9. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 

  10. I understand that Luxxe Beauty offers a 30 day warranty on all products. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt. Luxxe Beauty is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately Luxxe Beauty has a no exchange policy in place. 

Unfortunately Luxxe Beauty does not allow refunds.  

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order. Please create an account with USPS to track your shipment and/or edit your address.

* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
